I help clients feel their best by creating an individualized plan with a focus on lifestyle, mind body spirit and nutrition recommendations.  I will ask you about your diet as well as your routine, sleep, exercise, mindset and stress as these all impact one's health.  Some of the areas I'm most passionate about are digestion, Ayurveda, optimizing liver function,  illness prevention and plant-based nutrition. 

I will also email you a very detailed intake form after our discussion which you will send back before I write the wellness plan. The wellness plan will include your goals, current imbalances, information from the initial phone call as well as the intake forms.

Once purchased, we will book you into my scheduling system.

THE 3 MONTH PROGRAM

The 3 months of self care is becoming my most commonly purchased package as it takes time to implement changes and create new habits. After the initial consult (60 minutes) and wellness plan (45 minutes), you will book two follow up appointments (30 minutes). There will be lifestyle suggestions, foods to focus on for your goals and symptoms, supplement plan and meal plans. I am available by email over the 3 month healing period to support and inspire growth and self care.

If local, initial intake includes live and dry blood analysis. Also, there’s the option to include live blood analysis in one of the follow up appointments. Please advise in advance.
